Swapping a ticket bought elsewhere

Tickets bought on other platforms can only be taken over after manual verification, because the organizer has to approve invalidating the original ticket. Email support@mqtickets.com with the following:

Event name and date, plus the ticket type
Your original purchase confirmation (email or PDF ticket, including the QR code)
The price you want to sell it for, and your bank account number for the payout
Your name and a phone number we can reach you on

Send the request by email

We usually get back to you within 24-48 hours, since we also need the organizer's approval.

For buyers

Ticket didn't arrive, mistyped email address, refunds, data handling.
