This document describes the terms of payment on the mqtickets platform (the "Platform").

1. Method of payment

Payment is made by bank card, securely, through the Stripe payment service provider. Card data is handled directly by Stripe; the Platform does not see or store it.

2. Prices and fees

The stated prices are in Hungarian forints (HUF), inclusive of VAT. A service fee may be added to the ticket price, which we itemize on the checkout page before payment is finalized. The total amount payable is always displayed before payment.

3. Finalizing the purchase

The contract is formed when payment is successfully completed. After a successful transaction, we make the ticket (with a QR code) available by e-mail and/or in the MQTickets app, and send a confirmation.

4. Failed payment

If payment fails or is interrupted, no contract is formed and no ticket is issued. If your bank shows a charge but you have not received a confirmation, please let us know at support@mqtickets.com.

5. Invoice

We issue an electronic invoice for the purchase based on the invoicing data provided, and send it by e-mail.

6. Refunds

The cases and process for refunds are set out in the Refund Policy. An approved refund is made to the original payment method, through Stripe.
