Last updated: 31 July 2026
The mqtickets platform ("Platform") uses cookies and similar technologies (browser storage) to operate the site, and — only with your consent — for advertising purposes. You can give your consent in the cookie banner shown on your visit, and change it at any time by clicking the .
1. Necessary cookies and storage
These are required for the basic operation of the site (e.g. remembering the state of an in-progress ticket reservation/payment, security functions). They do not require consent, because the service would not work without them.
| Name | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| mqtickets_cookie_consent_v1 | Remembering your cookie consent decision | Until you delete it (in browser storage) |
2. Analytics cookies — consent-based only
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure traffic. This only loads and places a cookie in your browser if you have given consent for it in the cookie banner.
| Name | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics — distinguishing visitors, statistics | 13 months |
3. Marketing cookies — consent-based only
We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads. This only loads and places a cookie in your browser if you have given consent for it in the cookie banner. Without consent, the Meta Pixel does not run at all.
| Name | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| _fbp, _fbc | Meta Pixel — linking an ad click to a visit | 90 days (set by Meta) |
If you consent, we also store the ad-click identifier (fbclid) and UTM campaign parameters in your browser's temporary storage (sessionStorage — cleared when the browser tab is closed), so that we can attribute the correct campaign when the purchase is completed.
4. Legal basis and withdrawing consent
The legal basis for necessary cookies is the provision of the service. The legal basis for analytics and marketing cookies is exclusively your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time, with immediate effect, by clicking the cookie icon above — this is just as simple as giving consent.
