This policy describes the terms for refunds of tickets purchased on the mqtickets platform (the "Platform").

1. Right of withdrawal

For tickets to leisure/cultural services (events) tied to a specific date, the consumer is not entitled, under applicable law, to the 14-day right of withdrawal without giving reasons. Accordingly, as a general rule, a ticket cannot be refunded after a successful purchase, except in the cases below.

2. Cancellation of the event

If the Organizer cancels the event, we refund the price of the ticket(s). The refund of the service fee is decided by the Organizer, or depends on the circumstances of the specific case; we inform you of this at the time of cancellation.

3. Change of date or venue

In case of a significant change of date or venue, we send a notification. If the new conditions do not suit you, you may be able to request a refund of the ticket price, depending on the Organizer's policy.

4. Refund process

The refund is made to the original payment method, through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank's processing time). You can submit your refund request at support@mqtickets.com, quoting your order number.
