Liability disclaimer

The mqtickets platform (the "Platform") provides a ticket-sales intermediary interface. This document describes the limits of the Platform operator's liability within the framework of applicable law.
1. Content of the events
The relevant Organizer alone is responsible for the realization, quality, date, venue and content of each event. The Platform operator is not the organizer of the events and accepts no liability for their cancellation, modification, or standard.
2. Accuracy of data
Event data (description, date, price, venue) is provided by the Organizers. We strive for accurate display, but the Organizer is responsible for the correctness of the data; we exclude liability, within the limits permitted by law, for damage arising from any errors.
3. Availability of the service
We strive for continuous, error-free operation of the Platform, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We accept no liability for outages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. internet outages, failures of third-party services, force majeure).
4. Third parties
Payment is provided by Stripe, and maps and other embedded content are provided by external service providers. Each such provider is responsible for its own operation and data processing.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential damages or lost profit. This document does not limit the rights that mandatory statutory provisions grant to consumers.
